Discover the magic of Boyacá on a tour designed to combine tradition, unforgettable landscapes, and moments of relaxation. From your arrival at the airport, you will have transportation throughout the program from Bogotá to visit some of the most representative destinations in the region.

Enjoy 2 nights of accommodation in Villa de Leyva and 2 nights in Paipa, two of the most emblematic towns in Colombia, known for their historical richness, colonial architecture, and beautiful landscapes. Additionally, each day you will start and end with breakfast and dinner included so that your experience is comfortable and complete.

During the tour you will visit a charming town in Boyacá and the colorful municipality of Ráquira, famous for its crafts and traditions. You will also have the opportunity to explore one of the most impressive tourist attractions in the country: the Salt Cathedral of Zipaquirá or the Salt Mine of Nemocón, a unique underground experience full of history and culture.

DAY 1

Bogotá – Pick-up at the airport or at the agreed-upon location, recommended time: 8:30 a.m. Tour of the Cundiboyacense plateau and its imposing mountains to arrive in Zipaquirá, visit the Salt Cathedral (after purchasing the program, this can be changed to a visit to the Nemocón salt mine upon request). We will travel to Chiquinquirá and its basilica. Arrival in Villa de Leyva, with its colonial architecture, surrounded by mountains, desert, and the largest square in Colombia. Overnight.

DAY 2

Villa de Leyva. Breakfast. Free day to enjoy the city. If you wish, you can take one of the optional excursions according to your taste (Blue Wells, ostriches, vineyards, museums, rappelling, buggies, horseback riding, 1900 Park, dinosaur park, etc.) or delight in the wide gastronomic variety while walking through this beautiful town declared a National Heritage Site of Colombia.

DAY 3

Depart from Villa de Leyva for Ráquira, a town of artisans with its typical architecture, known for the quality and abundance of its clay crafts. We will travel to Paipa, passing through beautiful landscapes with imposing mountains. Visit Tunja, the capital of the department and once the capital of the country. In the afternoon, visit the Paipa Thermal Spa to enjoy relaxation and renewal in its hot springs. Overnight stay.

DAY 4

Paipa – Visit the Vargas Swamp and the famous monument to the 14 lancers. Depart for Nobsa, a typical town of weaving and wool clothing. We will travel to Sogamoso and its central plaza (Optional visit to the Museo del Sol, vestiges of the Muisca culture). We will continue our journey to Lake Tota, the largest lake in Colombia, where we will enjoy its beautiful landscapes, verdant mountains, and beach at 3,100 meters above sea level. A brief stop will be made in "Iza," famous for its desserts, and Tibasosa, a charming town known for its colonial architecture and products made from the delicious feijoa fruit. We will visit Pueblito Boyacense, an artistic representation of some of Boyacá's most beautiful towns. Arrival in Paipa in the late afternoon. Overnight stay.

DAY 5

Paipa – At the scheduled time, depart for the Boyacá Bridge, a Colombian cultural heritage site. Arrive in Bogotá and transfer to the designated airport.

By hiring the services of this agency, the client agrees and commits to comply with the stipulated terms and conditions.
• To be able to make a reservation, you must pay 50% of the total plan value; the remaining 50% must be paid no later than five days before the trip to cancel it. If the trip date is far in advance, it can be reserved with 30% and paid according to the payment plan agreed with the agency.
• All payments are received only through payment methods authorized directly by the Agency, to the company account Bancolombia Ahorros number 36500001740, in cash at our offices, or through the payment link on our website.
• Reservation is not guaranteed without having made the down payment.
• All children must travel with a responsible adult.
• In case the child does not travel with their parents or legal guardian, they must carry the consent authorizing the minor's trip, signed by the responsible person.
• The hotel insurance covers any accident within the hotel's facilities • The accident insurance covers any accident during the tours • Passengers must be at the airport three (3) hours before their flight (only for plans that include plane tickets). • For land plans, passengers must be 1 hour before the scheduled departure. • In the case of destinations that charge a port fee, the user must pay it. (Port fees are taxes that the municipality imposes on the destination; we do not charge this fee) • Remember that you must be at the time indicated for the flight departure; we are not responsible if you do not show up for check-in before departure. • If you have any issues, please contact us to resolve them • You must carry a legal document that identifies you.

You can only cancel your trip and postpone it in cases of extreme emergency, which must be properly justified.
Note: For this, you must notify the agency two days in advance, or at most 1 day before your trip, and you must attach supporting documents. This only applies to land packages.

• If for any reason you cannot travel, you must notify at least 8 days in advance; your reservation will be postponed, and the rate will be respected so that you can reschedule it for a different date within the same year, respecting the season. If it includes airline tickets, the air portion will not be subject to change, meaning that you will lose the airline tickets.
• When contracting with the agency, a value for the plan is stipulated according to the season that was booked. That is, if your plan was contracted during the high season, it will be rescheduled for dates within the high season. If your travel date is scheduled for the mid-season, similarly it will be rescheduled for dates that fall within the same season and likewise for the low season.

Travel with only what is necessary and avoid additional charges.
• Your carry-on luggage must not exceed 10 kg; otherwise, it will be checked in as hold luggage, and any costs incurred will have to be borne by the passenger.
• You are entitled to one 20 kg checked bag.
AIRLINE POLICIES
• If your airfare is Economy, you must take the restrictions into account:
– No money refund is available
– Travel dates cannot be changed
– There is no seat selection

PET POLICIES

PET POLICIES
Colomtravel is pet-friendly, allowing you to travel with them, but this will depend on the destination and the policies of the hotel where it is booked, and you must arrange your pet's travel when purchasing your all-inclusive plan.
To travel with your pets, you must meet the following requirements:
• Have your pet's vaccination card up to date (BRING A COPY)
• Health inspection certificate issued by a veterinarian, indicating the professional license number and the validity period of the document
• Completed and printed form for transporting pets in cargo and cabin
• Your pet must have a maximum weight of 10 kilos including the carrier
• You must bring a flexible carrier with maximum dimensions of 55 x 35 x 25 cm (length, width, and height)
• You may fly with only one pet maximum
• Your pet must have its collar and leash
• The pet is the responsibility of its owner (in case of loss, the agency is not responsible)
• Failure to comply with requirements the agency is not responsible for additional payments these must be assumed by the passenger.
